We're currently looking to add a Field Service Technician in the Tennessee/Kentucky/Southern Ohio area to support our installation base within this region. In this key, customer-facing position, the Field Service Technician is responsible for installing new equipment, routine and preventive maintenance, repair, and technical support at client locations.

We're currently looking to add a Field Service Technician in the Tennessee/Kentucky/Southern Ohio area to support our installation base within this region. In this key, customer-facing position, the Field Service Technician is responsible for installing new equipment, routine and preventive maintenance, repair, and technical support at client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs on-site start-up assistance, overhauls/repairs, and maintenance. Obtains first-hand information when troubles exist. Responsible for implementing corrective steps.
- Provides professional troubleshooting and technical support for the resolution of problems.
- Completes work order forms and other job-related paperwork.
- Issues reports pertaining to the equipment and provides feedback to other internal departments.
- Provides training to Customers and our Channel Partners.
- Firm commitment to excellence and high standards
- Prior experience with servicing rotating equipment, compressor or centrifugal compressor experience a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrate problem solving and process analysis skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Willingness to work hours outside of the standard schedule as needed, with appropriate notice when possible
- Willingness to travel and work hours outside of the standard schedule as needed, with appropriate notice when possible
- Ability to obtain/maintain Unescorted Site Access including drug screening process.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software; ERP experience preferred
