Role Description: The Asset Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient management, growth, and profitability of our real estate assets. This position requires a firm understanding of the real estate industry, financial acumen, and a strong background in multi-family developments.
Responsibilities:
-Track and optimize the lease-up process for our multi-family developments, ensuring timely and efficient occupancy.
-Implement strategies to maximize rental income and minimize vacancy rates.
-Analyze market trends and competition to make data-driven decisions.
-Develops and oversees execution of an annual capital improvement plan for each asset
-Prepares and oversees a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan for each asset
-Evaluate potential acquisitions and dispositions, conducting due diligence and financial analysis to support decision-making.
-Develop and maintain financial models for property performance, budgets, and cash flowprojections.
-Monitor and report on the financial health of each asset, identifying opportunities for costsavings and revenue enhancement.
-Develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall value of the real estate portiolio.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
-Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate asset management.
-Strong knowledge of multi-family real estate, with a preference for experience in raw land development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
