Job description
Location: Rochester office - Required to work in the office at least 3 days per week
The Help Desk Technicians provide technical support to users across the entire company. The IT department is in search of a highly motivated, self-starter to join their team! You will THRIVEin this role if you have:
- 5 years of experience in an IT help desk support capacity delivering network, customer, and systems support
- 3 years of experience working in a client-driven service industry
- Associate’s degree or Certification in IT/Computer Science preferred
- Experience with Windows, Windows Server, and Office
- Experience with Citrix or other remote access technology preferred
- Excellent client service and listening skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask
The team is in search of a dynamic individual that can complete competing tasks while in a high-volume, fast paced work environment. Do you have the DRIVEand DESIREto:
- Interact and partner with attorneys and staff across all offices to resolve issues and improve policies and procedures
- Assist end users with software issues ranging from basic, entry-level questions to error troubleshooting and resolution
- Provide technical support to end users by phone, at desk-side, and in writing
- Review, analyze, and modify varied hardware and software systems in a fast paced environment to support the evolving needs of the firm
- Configure, install, test, and deploy systems to end users as needed to support organization
- Provide server and network troubleshooting and support individually and with senior team members to resolve system wide issues
- Identify, recommend, and respond to equipment needs and changes
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
