Land Acquisitioner - St Louis, MO
The Land Acquisitioner is responsible for the procurement of land for the development and building of residential, single-family homes in the Greater St Louis Area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify land positions for future community development in related activities.
- Develop relationships with landowners, Realtors, Land Development, and Engineering Firms to identify land opportunities.
- Work with Financial Analyst on pro formas for feasibility of land deals.
- Establish thorough budget analysis for Self-Developed and Third-Party land deals.
- Assist the Director of Entitlements on zoning, easement, and related matters.
- Identifies land entitlement issues during due diligence and works toward resolution.
- Assist in the coordination with civil engineering, geotechnical, and surveying consultants.
- Assist in approving invoices and purchase orders for payment.
- Create focused land target plans.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years in land acquisition
- Bachelor's Degree

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
