Our homebuilding organization is looking for a VP of Marketing to assist the 1,000 /yr unit division. They made a MASSIVE digital push to eventually have owner interaction virtually.
We need someone with a strong digital marketing understanding (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics) as we track this on a weekly basis. It's important that this person knows how to monitor, track and iterate off the data that comes in from the website and digital marketing efforts. Someone that can dig into KPI Dashboards and monitor the success. Someone that tries a campaign, learns from the results and iterates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, print advertising, and performance marketing campaigns
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Vice President or Director
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and motivate a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
