Summary/Objective
Reporting to the Vice President, IT, the IT Project Manager is responsible for systems analysis and taking the lead on software testing. They will be responsible for documenting and communicating requirements to product managers and developers.
Essential Functions
Manage small to medium projects’ progress, schedule, and scope.
- Gather and document development requirements from end users.
- Communicate requirements to Product Managers and Developers.
- Create, document, and execute test cases for development initiatives.
- Manage the defect resolution process.
- Facilitate decision making for leaders by clarifying decision points, presenting options, and effectively communicating benefits and tradeoffs.
- Assist in documentation, routing, trouble shooting, and diagnoses of technical issues related to software.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Assist with monitoring and support of website, Business Control Center, and Customer Service Center.
- Assist cross departmentally.
- Support the mission statement and core values of Calendar Holdings, LLC, at all times.

Required Education/ Experience/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline and 3-5 years’ work experience in similar roles
- Experience with software development cycle
- Experience with project and defect management - experience with Basecamp, Jira, or similar software
