Overview
The Graphic Communications Division of FUJIFILM North America Corporation is the largest graphic distributor in the US. We deliver world class, state of the art solutions for Ink Jet Printing, Digital Printing, Wide Format, Offset Plates, Packaging, and a full range of traditional Offset supplies. In addition, we are the industry leader in Color Standardization and G7 implementation.
Takes the lead when necessary as well as help and support in the managing of all FNAC-GSD parts inventory activities. Includes but is not limited to forecast projections, planning, procurement, forecasting, ordering and escalation to maintain required supply while meeting business financial objectives for company departments. Aids in coordinating drop-ship orders, third party vendor inventory usage reports and invoice processing for parts purchases.
Responsible to help in the management of $4 to $5 million in parts inventory. Analyze stocking levels and adjust order activity to ensure that 15,000 parts orders containing 100,000 pieces are filled each month. Evaluate backorder position and coordinate with other sources for parts to minimize customer downtime.

Responsibilities
- Forecast future parts usage utilizing SAP reports
- Monitor / escalate / resolve backorder issues
- Escalate order fulfillment with Fujifilm Tokyo, Japan to ensure timely receipt
- Analyze order history, installation forecasts and current inventory to determine inventory levels necessary to meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders, including material planners, procurement, and management to meet/exceed our business plan for consumable parts on web portal.
- Monitor changes in business activity and analyze inventory levels; make appropriate changes in stocking levels
- Conduct statistical and financial usage analysis and recommend inventory purge to minimize warehouse costs
- Work closely with product specialists to develop / enhance PM kits
- Monitor spending and suggest areas for cost reduction when possible
- Recommend procedural enhancements to improve controls and departmental efficiency
- Assist with the coordination of parts orders from time of order placement to order delivery, including entering orders, quoting prices and availability, purchasing from vendors, tracking parts orders, and procurement
- Assist with the coordination and monitoring of the parts return process, including receiving all returned parts, determining parts return status, obtaining return authorizations from vendors, ensuring proper credit is applied, and returning parts to stock
- Assist with the shipping, storage and receiving of parts
- Provide assistance to the manager of rebuilt parts orders
- Place purchase orders with vendors, create new part numbers, and establish standardized pricing
- General housekeeping and inventory preparation
- Follow all company, departmental and safety policies, and procedures in a positive manner
- Perform related duties as assigned by manager
- Provide back up for related duties as assigned.
