Position Description
The Warehouse Worker position is responsible for ensuring the completion of the following: Loading and unloading trucks, check in and put-away of inventory, ability to pack and use the computer to process orders, keep a safe and clean work environment ,strong customer satisfaction and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Inbound Activities: Ensures the completion of unloading product from trucks, checking in of inventory and placing them in warehouse location. (30%)
- Outbound Activities: Ensures the completion of order labeling and packaging, and shipping of products according to customer requirements. (30%)
- Strong communication and customer satisfaction skills (20%)
- Insures warehouse is clean, orderly and safety requirements are met. (20%)
- Maintains an excellent work ethic and displays reliability/punctuality. Assist on new projects and willingness to learn new processes.
- The individual in this position will be accountable for the correct packing and processing of orders, check –in and put away of inventory, safe and clean work environment. Positive relationship with team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills/Education
- Minimum of 1 year experience in distribution operations or comparable experience
- High school graduate
- Experience with FedEx and UPS computer systems
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with team members and on –site customers.
- Knowledge of FedEx and UPS manifest systems
- Understands work flow
- Ability to prioritize daily work activities

- Positive attitude and work ethic.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds; stand on your feet for long periods of time.
