A natural resources and land-use law firm, recognized as California’s foremost legal advisor to energy, development, and mitigation banking companies is seeking an experienced attorney to join its team. The firm specializes in providing project permitting, compliance, transactional, and litigation solutions for some of the world’s largest companies.

Job Description:

  • California Bar License
  • 3-5 years of land-use and environmental experience
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work in a collaborative environment
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a robust work ethic.
  • Helpful to have any of the following experience: CEQA, CEQA litigation, National Environmental Policy Act, California Endangered Species Act, Federal Endangered Species Act
  • State and federal regulatory environmental agencies

The firm offers competitive pay and benefits comparable to the largest firms in the area, and professional development for all our attorneys. Possible signing bonus and hybrid work schedule. Laterals 2-3 days a week in-office; first-year attorneys work in-office for one year, then transition to the hybrid schedule.
