Ensures a high level of guest service in the slot department through open communication, making changes and processing/paying jackpots.
Essential Job Functions:
• Excellent internal/external guest service skills;
• Accurately pay jackpots;
• Knowledge of slot machines to clear bill validator jams, maintain the operation of ticket dispensers, and clear other related machine tilts;
• Knowledge of all company facilities and promotions;
• Protect company assets
• Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations;
