This position will mainly work with Fullmind's West Coast partners and will require the Partner Success Manager to work in PST.

Fullmind is looking for a Partner Success Manager passionate about student education. Your role will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with our strategic partners. You'll be the bridge between our technology solutions, internal teams, and our partner's program success goals, offering guidance, insights, plans, and tailored strategies that help them maximize the impact they derive from our virtual learning solutions. As a member of the Partner Success Team, you will contribute to developing best practices, streamlining processes, and setting the stage for a flourishing partner success program.
External Responsibilities include:
- Design, implement, monitor, and maintain all Fullmind academic programs across your assigned book of business
- Train and educate school district partners on our technology and services solutions.
- Develop a thoughtful understanding of partner schools, students, and program-related goals through relationship building, networking, and high-quality customer service.
- Work with partners and the Fullmind Academics team to develop program success plans and outline how Fullmind adoption addresses program goals over time.
- Meet regularly (virtually and in person) with Partners to ensure they are on track with expected program outcomes.
- Collaborate with Partners to drive the adoption and expansion of Fullmind programming within their district, school, or organization.
- Serve as our Partners' guide to the Fullmind ecosystem, helping them maximize the impact of our platform, resources, educators, and customer support.
Internal Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Fullmind Sales team to ensure the successful renewal of customers and jointly maintain positive Partner retention across an assigned book.
- Analyze customer data to identify, communicate, and act upon risks and opportunities within your assigned book.
- Develop, document, and refine partner-centric best practices and processes that help us address our Partners' needs effectively and efficiently.
- Provide support in pre-sales activities for high-impact opportunities.
- Serve as the voice of our partners cross-functionally, providing customer feedback and insights across the organization.
- Work collaboratively to build and share customer references, case studies, and related resources to support the continued growth of Fullmind.
- 5 Years experience in a customer-facing role within a high growth education services, EdTech or SaaS company OR
- Equivalent direct experience with public and private education systems, educators, students, and administrators (experience in both would qualify a top tier candidate)
- Ability to work mainly in PST time zone
- Proven ability to monitor program budgets and to evaluate revenue impacts of program outcomes
- Strong experience in project management
- Desire to drive change, iterate, and ensure continuous improvement on internal and external processes
- Strong operational discipline with an analytical, process-oriented and ROI-based approach to decision making
- Self directed with hands-on, persistent approach
- Excellent ability to thrive in collaborative, remote, and fast-paced team environment with some ambiguity
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and requests against business outcomes
- Strong experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, Excel and Slack.
- Ability to travel up to 35% (travel frequency fluctuates depending on time of year)
Bonus:
- A combination of customer facing experiences and a background in academic instruction, administration, or teaching
- Experience building out scaled success solutions with Salesforce, sales enablement tools, etc.
