What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Veterinarian position at Fulton Animal Hospital?
We all know this job is hard. It's stressful, the public sucks. This is fact. What is also fact, is that you don't have to hate Vet Med. You can be annoyed with your job and commiserate with your coworkers because we are all in it together. You can laugh every day and feel at ease to practice how you want to practice without someone breathing down your neck. You can be respected and feel valued. You don't have to work 12 hours a day and miss your family because you chose this profession. Unfortunately, this is hard to find in a veterinary practice. Luckily for you, this is standard a the Fulton Animal Hospital. We care about each other, we respect each other, we understand that everyone is human and we all make mistakes. If you're looking for a change and a brighter future, please apply for this position for your own mental health so that you can do what you were meant to do and be happy doing it. You have a long career ahead of you. Don't waste it working for someone that doesn't appreciate or value your time.
We are looking for a personable, knowledgeable and compassionate Veterinarian to join the Fulton Animal Hospital family in a full time position. We are a fast paced, two doctor practice that focuses on family and wellbeing. Our support staff is superb, and we are a very close-knit family. Our facility was completely renovated in 2016 and contains diagnostic equipment through IDEXX as well as digital Xray. We are also expanding to include ultrasound. We are paperless and use Cornerstone software. Our focus is on small animal, but we see a number of pocket pets as well. There is NO DRAMA in this work environment and no turnover in several years. YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY HERE!!!
