What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Assistant position at Fulton Science Academy Private School?
Fulton Science Academy is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person to join our team. This position works directly with the Admissions Director. A self-starter who enjoys collaboration will thrive in this role. The job requires the ability to become familiar with a variety of platforms including Google Workspace and Blackbaud Enrollment Management. The ability to tackle many different types of tasks with diplomacy and confidentiality is important. Some evenings and weekends may be required during admissions season. The role is an integral, respected part of school life and an opportunity to become part of a thriving, caring community.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Field phone and email inquiries about FSA and the admissions process
- Lead in person and virtual school tours
- Preparing and updated admissions materials
- Process applications, files, contracts and enrollments in Blackbaud Enrollment Management
- Run admissions testing for grades 1-12
- Fill in at front desk as needed
- Other duties as assigned and varying depending on the timing in the admissions cycle.
