Wholesale Operations Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Wholesale Operations Assistant to assist with incoming and outgoing wholesale orders and communicates with team members, sales reps, and customers to process wholesale orders.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Review and reply to Wholesale customer’s emails and phone inquiries

Maintain flowsheet: process payments, complete orders, update the order status, contact wholesale customers to obtain payment information

Ensure all future orders ship on time

Assist with entering new orders in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, verifying all information is accurate

Create bindings in the integration platform, ensuring new orders in the ERP software contain correct information

Verify customer buying groups and enter accurate commission percentages for reps on each order

Retrieve and review orders from the ERP system and transfer them to integration and logistic platforms

Update wholesale customer records as needed

Assist the eCommerce team with customer service inquiries

Required Skills/Attributes:

· Great customer service skills and motivation to be successful.

· Be able to create and maintain customer relationships

· Excellent computer skills required.

· Excellent phone presence

· Great communication skills

· Ability to multitask

Education and Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Prior customer service enter experience PREFERRED
