We are currently seeking a Party Coordinator to join our team at FUNBOX, Arcadia. As a Party Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for children and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of party bookings, from initial inquiries to post-event follow-ups.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Assist in the planning and execution of various party packages, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
• Host parties and events, engaging with children and creating a fun and safe environment.
• Decorate party rooms and set up party supplies according to the chosen themes.
• Coordinate with the facility's staff to ensure smooth logistics and timely execution of parties.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of party bookings and payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized party area throughout events.
• Assist in marketing efforts by promoting party packages and encouraging repeat business.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in receptionist or customer service roles, preferably in a kid-friendly environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple party bookings simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and parents.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected situations calmly.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for working with children and the ability to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in event planning or party coordination, especially in a children's entertainment setting.
