Job Summary: As a Customer Success Manager, you deliver the WOW to every customer by delivering value in every engagement, actively listening to their needs and solutioning Function Point to their business requirements. Job Description: Who are you? You are passionate about providing the best customer experience in onboarding and post-onboarding journeys with Function Point and building strong relationships and partnerships. You approach everything with an open mindset and know that listening and understanding the customer are key to a superior onboarding experience, enhancing customer loyalty, driving customer satisfaction, increasing product adoption, to maximizing their investment and retention. You have a strong sense of urgency, a quick learner and technically inclined, affinity for numbers, enjoy problem solving and sharing your metrics and results. You adapt easily to change, and thrive on new ideas, collaboration and continuous learning with both customers and internally with the team to develop a nurturing and fun team culture. The Role As a Customer Success Manager, you strive to deliver consistency in a fast-paced environment, providing value with mindful training and solutioning to meet customer business objectives, while meeting their expectations in response times and progress reports. You have superior interpersonal and communications skills, fostering open dialogues, building trust and engaging the key stakeholders. You go above and beyond and are happiest when directing and leading others to learn and anticipating downstream effects to know when to change course quickly if you are off-track. Your core is about connecting with customers, assisting them in achieving success when adapting to new software solutions. You document, track and measure what we know about customers, how they are engaged, and what they are struggling with to build action plans that engage and provide value while sharing internally the customer sentiments and health scores.
