Fundy Honda is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team in Saint John, NB. As our Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the service department with administration relating to internal work orders and warranty claims. Working closely with our service team, you will report to the Service Manager, and have an opportunity to learn the automotive service industry firsthand. The selected candidate will also be required to provide warranty administration support to our neighboring location, Discover Kia.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Processing internal repair orders for the sales department.
- Supporting the administrative process for warranty claims.
- Ensuring that paperwork for repair orders flows through the shop in an orderly and productive manner.
- Flag selected Repair Orders for Shop Foreman to inspect for quality workmanship.
- Coordinating special order parts requirements with Parts Department.
- Customer follow-up, including scheduling and confirming appointments as required.
- Other duties as assigned by Service Manager
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service is considered an asset, but not required
- 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer proficiency
