What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Planning Coordinator position at Funko?
Role Purpose
The Supply Planning Coordinator will support the Supply Planner in ensuring the input and maintenance of the correct data in the system. This would include master data Integrity, Procurement with the US/other Suppliers and updated ETA's for the business, while supporting other business dependent functions.
What You’ll Do:
Key responsibility is creation and upkeep of product information within the Funko ERP system (365), this includes:
- Creating new products
- Download and Update product info - Description, UOM, Embargo dates, Commodity codes, Variant, DIMS, barcodes (inc DTC flags)
- Update item Status’s based on direction across functions- ie Holds, Production adjustments, License restrictions, Product status's
- Weekly data checks of Master data above
- Update Item Status and Delivery dates in line with comms from Production Adjustment/Other requirements
- Update PO quantity and ETA’s based on the reconciliation and allocations from the factory
