FurHaven started as a pet bed company, but over the years our product offerings have expanded to include cat playgrounds, leashes, collars, home accessories, furniture, corrugated cat solutions, pet toys, feeders, and much, much more!
Our local, small office company is looking for two (2) detail-oriented, computer savvy additions to help with E-commerce data entry as we continue to expand our products and begin providing E-commerce expertise to other renowned pet brands under our parent company. You must be proficient with excel and able to learn E-commerce portals.
This is an in-house, full-time M-F position located in beautiful Bellingham, Washington. FurHaven Pet Products is an equal opportunity employer. Position Responsibilities:
- Create online product listings for new catalog items - upload item description, bullet points, backend SEO, images, videos, and other needed content to portals
- Curate items for event-based retailers
- Communicate with E-commerce retailers and marketplaces to complete tickets and tasks as needed
- Respond to email requests from outside the organization regarding sku level information and content
- Daily inventory updates via portals and emails to customers
- Add needed product information and format internal catalogs for sku management
- Audit catalogs and content of online retailers making changes as necessary
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Desired qualifications:
- Impeccable communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to “speak” and engage as/for FurHaven through email and portal channels.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proficiency, speed, and accuracy in Microsoft Excel is strongly desired
- Prior experience with online portal management including working knowledge of uploading and downloading different file types
- Capacity to learn and retain information about multiple product lines
- Ability to mange multiple priorities at one time
- Great ideas, enthusiasm, and a drive to create solutions for people and pets
- Self-driven and comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
- Customer service experience
- HTML experience
- Prior Amazon selling experience preferred, but not required.
- Be able to complete projects and effectively communicate status of projects
- Ability to be100% accurate and a strong attention to detail
- Organized; task-oriented
