ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Enter service part purchase orders for stores and warehouses
- Audit service part purchase orders for all Distribution Centers
- Complete various operational reports
- Update status of dropped product at retail store
- Audit delivery and pickup tickets daily for invoicing accuracy
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified candidates will be self-motivated, independent thinkers who are highly organized, know how to prioritize their work, and have the ability to multi-task
- Strong computer knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills required
