What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Fury Motors?
Fury Motors is currently seeking a part time receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. The receptionist is responsible for answering phone calls, assisting customers to determine the nature of their business, and directing the caller to their destination. Responsibilities also include greeting customers when they arrive at the dealership in person, collecting and reconciling payments, and light filing. No previous experience required, but is preferred. Must be available to work 2 Saturdays a month.

Duties:
Greet customers and welcome them to the dealership
Operate a multi-line system to answer calls, transfer calls, provide information, and take messages as needed
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Provide customer service support to the sales department
Assist management with various administrative tasks
Ascertain and record totals of sales deposits
Verify against all cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at end of shift and communicate any discrepancies in the totals to the appropriate unit
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
