About this role:
Fuse is looking for a Financial Accountant to join our team! This role will work directly with the Controller and Manager of Financial Planning to monitor critical data and support the preparation of accurate statements for our company. This is an opportunity to apply your technical accounting, systems, and financial analysis expertise across several financial functions, develop and implement important financial processes, and provide specific work product and analysis.
What you’ll do:
- Support the preparation of financial statements:
- Reviewing and reconcile accounts
- Create journal entries
- Support critical accounting functions:
- Set up projects to collect costs, bill customers, and report contract status
- Maintain key controls and support payroll processes
- Process travel and other expense reports
- Prepare annual reports for sales and property taxes
- Maintain Fixed Asset register
- Compute depreciation expenses
- Reconcile Bank Statements

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting with 2 years or more experience
OR
- Accounting certification course work with 5-7 years of related accounting experience
- Experience with integrated ERP Accounting Systems
- Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
- Must be a US Citizen
