Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent hospitality and guest relations service to all customers
- Clear and clean tables, bussing dishes and glassware
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Be knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and service.
- Assist with guest services, including answering questions and providing recommendations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong math skills for cash handling and operating a cash register
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Possess a commanding knowledge of the food, wine, and service
- Must have Japanese food knowledge
