Job Title: Patient Access Rep
Location: 4643 Waimea Canyon Dr Waimea, HI 96796
Shift: Shifts might be 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am (all days)
Job Summary:
This is a 40 hours a week job
We are a hospital open 24 hours/7 (ER Dept)
Shifts might be 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am
The ER PAR will:
Report to work on time with little to no calls outs
· Obtain demographic and insurance information from patients
· Verify coverage through online resources and over the phone
· Collect copayments
· Answer phone calls
· Assist clinical staff with any requests other duties might be assigned : ) We have 2 positions open one at Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waimea Kauai Hawaii and one at Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital in Kapaa, Kauai Hawaii
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:

Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
