We are an integrated third-party logistics company, with a brokerage division, an in-house long-haul fleet, several warehouses around the country, and a retail consolidation business. We currently operate under three levels of services which include Assets, Brokerage, and Warehousing.
Our freight brokerage business is growing rapidly (operating under the well-established Am Trans brand) and looking for experienced brokers to join our team. Our integrated 3PL business allows brokers to leverage other parts of the business as selling points in ways that traditional brokers can't, making it easier to build relationships and sell to clients.

Job Overview:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will focus on managing the daily operations of some of our key clients. You will be responsible for supporting an account team by collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure we go above and beyond customer expectations. This includes back-end invoice resolution, document collection and verifying timely pick-ups and deliveries.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Coordinate and confirm scheduled appointments with internal team, carriers, suppliers, and clients.
- Enter and verify shipment tenders.
- Monitor and follow-up on on-time pickup and delivery.
- Prepare and provide daily tracing reports as required.
- Communicating orders, movement instructions, load movements, and other information to dispatchers, carriers, and customers.
- Recording, maintaining, and providing shipment arrival & departure information.
- Timely status information updates; documenting service performance and equipment tracking.
- Review email inquiries to the transportation department regarding customer order status
You’re a Great Fit if You:
- Agility to manage changing workload priorities as directed
- Ensure a positive, respectful, and professional attitude in everything you do
- Demonstrate a willingness to be challenged and learn new skills
- HS Diploma or GED
- Advanced data entry skills.
- Good Analytical and fast decision-making abilities while still maintaining an attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft office -excel; word; outlook.
- Problem solving and mathematical proficiency.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Needing a 1st shift (9am to 5pm) and 2nd Shift (12pm to 8pm)

Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
