We're in year 2 of a rolling 3 year vision, celebrating 50 years of leadership in our industry and looking for a Business Development Manager to join our teams in Texas and Ohio, calling on customers in our Midwestern US region.
Position Summary:
In this role you will create and contribute to a dynamic, highly creative, and energetic sales organization by aggressively pursuing new customers, enhancing relationships with the existing customer base, and developing new business opportunities in the competitive aerospace market.

Qualifications
- Able to travel 75% or more (Region is Midwestern North America)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or Engineering
- 5 to 7 years' prior Aerospace Metals related business development experience
- Bilingual is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
