Technical Support - Level 1

Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is looking to hire a Level 1 Technician who will provide computer installation, maintenance and support services.

This is a full-time, on-site position. Benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision insurance; 401k with company match and PTO. 

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and supporting end-users
• Installing desktop hardware and software
• Performing desktop imaging and configuration
• Installing and configuring printers
• Technical support

Requirements include:

• At least 1 year of technical support experience in a professional environment.
• Clean and valid driver’s license and vehicle. This person will drive to various locations within a five-mile area.
• A certification (preferred)
• Proven ability to offer high-level desktop support in an enterprise environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in the education field will be a plus
• Background check and fingerprinting will be required
