Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Program in Discipline - Required
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) -to be obtained within 30 days
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - to be obtained within 6 months
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - to be obtained within 6 months
- West Virginia - Current registered nurse licensure

Position Summary:
Provides critical intensive care to Medical, Surgical, and Cardiac patient population. Provides therapies included but not limited to: Administration of vasoactive drugs, respiratory/ventilator support, management of cardiac status with continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, parenteral and enteral nutritional support, temporary transvenous pacing, Intra Aortic Balloon Pump Therapy, thrombolytic therapy, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), peritoneal dialysis, and acute hemodialysis performed by a hemodialysis nurse.
