Primary Responsibilities:
- Test and document integrations: Put Futurex's enterprise-grade data encryption hardware through its paces by integrating it with a range of third-party applications and ensuring secure key/certificate storage within our FIPS 140-2 Level 3 validated modules
- Deep dive into protocols and APIs: Become the expert on industry-specific interfaces (i.e., PKCS #11, KMIP, CNG, and more) to streamline how our hardware works with external systems
- Skilled Troubleshooting: Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in identifying and resolving roadblocks during integration
- Team collaboration for seamless development: Collaborate closely with software engineers to understand new feature integrations, document their functionality, communicate findings, and propose solutions that enhance our products' overall security and performance
- Technical Writing with the User in Mind: Make technical concepts easy for colleagues and users to grasp with accurate, well-structured documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (Technical field preferred)
