We offer personalized DIY workshops where individuals of all ages and skill levels can unleash their creativity and craft their own tufted rugs and painted bears.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Tufting Studio Guide to join our team. While tufting experience is preferred, it is not required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a genuine desire to inspire and educate others, and preferably, a strong background in tufting or a related craft.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead personalized DIY tufting workshops for individuals and groups, providing hands-on instruction and guidance.

- Demonstrate various tufting techniques and assist participants in creating their own unique tufted rugs and painted bears.

- Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all customers, fostering creativity and enjoyment.

- Process payments for workshop fees and merchandise purchases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions.

- Maintain a clean and organized studio space, including setup and cleanup before and after workshops.

- Assist with studio operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.

**Requirements:**

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire workshop participants.

- Patient, supportive, and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching and working with individuals of all ages and skill levels.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate workshop schedules.

- Previous experience in tufting, textile arts, or a related craft not required, but preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
