Job Summary
FWH Associates, P.A., a leading engineering firm with headquarters in Toms River, NJ is searching for an experienced, dependable, and task-oriented Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance within the Condominium Department and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties.
To be successful in this role, you should be a fast learner, proactive, able to meet deadlines and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be writing and proofreading reports and proposals for the Condominium Association Division. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with competitive compensation.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Admin experience, preferably in an engineering or construction office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products with strong MS Word experience.
- Knowledge of office procedures.
- Dependable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize/coordinate challenging projects, meetings and other activities as necessary.
- Ability to troubleshoot and assist staff members and senior management with customer-based service questions/issues.
Additional information:
- Work hours will be 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday-Friday, or otherwise agreed upon.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
