Job Description:
We are looking a dedicated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our sales team. Fluent in English, the ideal candidate will bring valuable experience in both B2B sales and business process outsourcing (BPO) to contribute to our ongoing success. As a Business Development Specialist at FYDI, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Actively search for clients interested in telemarketing, using methods like prospecting, social media, B2B, and leveraging your network.
- Create comprehensive sales reports and presentations to assist in showcasing our offerings to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Perform market research to identify emerging customer needs, potential clients, and industry trends.
- Engage in clear and effective communication with clients in English.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, sharing updates on sales progress and contributing insights.
- Leverage your B2B and BPO experience to provide valuable input into sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales or related roles.
- Prior experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry is highly desirable.
- Proven fluency in English, both written and verbal. (Bilingual preferred)
- Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and demonstrated experience using CRM systems.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Solid problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 (DOE).
Uncapped commission of 1.5% on all sales revenue, offering substantial earning potential.
