G.J. Oliver, Inc., a worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of Steel Fabrications and API class Machinery Systems and is currently looking for an assembly technician.
Requirements/Job Duties:
- Must be able to read blueprints/schematics
- Be detail orientated
- Able to operate necessary tools and equipment including, but not limited to: forklifts; cranes; hoists; slings; hand and power tools
- Cross train and/or perform other job tasks as work volume dictates
- Welding/fabrication experience a plus
- Electrical experience a plus
- Experience assembling piping and tubing systems
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends if asked
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
