Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned client's homes
- Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment as needed
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide assistance and support to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, procedures, and consultations for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors
Qualifications:
-Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree in healthcare field (preferred)
- Proven experience in healthcare management or leadership role
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Must have the ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
