The Health team is a team of specialists that helps to simplify the products, and deliver the protection to the client seamlessly through technology. Reports directly to Manager, Health.
A day in the life:
- Assisting the Health team in administrative works including but not limited to data entry, scanning and filing
- Liaise with Insurance principals on documentations of policies
- Assisting the Health team for policy renewal and other administrative tasks
- Liaise with client and insurer for payment.
- Attend to clients’ other enquiries with regards to policy administrations
What you need:
- A Hunger to learn and grow with the firm
- At least 2-3 years of experience in administration positions
- Min. Diploma or equivalent
- Team Player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
