Digital Marketing Lead

• Serves as a thought leader in the online marketing space by researching and analyzing relevant market trends and makes recommendations to management to maintain market leadership position.
• Monitors channel performance and identifies actions for continuous improvement in site content, navigation and organization.
• Produces monthly and quarterly result reports, competitive analysis and recommendations for company website, online campaigns, social media channels.
• Project manages all phases of digital channel development and implementation including creative, technical sourcing, development, implementation, and quality control.
• Works with Marketing Specialists and Product Managers on product structure hierarchy and to ensure product line web pages are up to date and fresh to maintain market leadership position.
• Manages the digital content calendar to grow presence on Social Media platforms. 
• Manage intake of web update requests from stakeholders and marketing team.
• Build web content and write concisely and effectively to create web experiences that are compelling, informative and user-friendly.
• Manage on-page (SEO) optimizations (metadata, keyword usage and internal linking) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Ability to maintain web development and QA/testing environment.
• Ensure all Digital Marketing strategies provide a Return on Investment (ROI) and comply with legal/regulatory requirements.

  Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, 7-10 years demonstrated experience in ecommerce, web management, strategy development and creative planning.
• Demonstrated understanding of web usability and online marketing principles, including current trends in web design, and what will work with which audience segments.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Dreamweaver, and Content Management Systems.
• Experience with Marketing Automation platforms such as Pardot, ExactTarget, Marketo etc…
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. 
• Ability to effectively manage projects, including establishing timeline, action items, budget needs and expected outcomes
• Self-motivated, self-starter, able to work independently and as part of the team.
• Good “people” skills and establishes strong working relationships internally and externally
• Be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Access and Excel.

• Preferred Qualifications:  

• Video and audio editing software experienced preferred.
