G&W Equipment, Inc., is an authorized dealer and service provider for CAT® Lift Trucks, Mitsubishi Forklifts, and Jungheinrich Forklifts. We are a family-owned and operated provider of the sale and service of Materials Handling and Aerial Equipment for various industries throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. 

 

As a Sales Coordinator, you will work directly with our sales and service teams and be in direct contact with our customers. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Data entry, analysis, and processing of sales orders: placing purchase orders, receipt equipment,  and closing orders
  • Forward any sales leads to the appropriate Sales Representative
  • Ensure proper entry and organization of orders
  • Scan and file equipment invoices
  • Assist in running monthly sales reports
  • Assist the sales team by requesting information for new vendors (internal and external)
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure equipment preparation for customers

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar role
  • Self-starter who can work independently or with a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Strong organization skills
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • Able to effectively manage time
  • Drug screen/criminal background check
