Let's talk salary. The salary range for this position based on what we are asking you to do in the role starts at $80,000 - $100,000 based on qualifications. Still not convinced? Allow us to elaborate. For this opportunity, We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team, working directly with clients undergoing cloud migration. In this role, you will be responsible for engineering quotes and cloud spend costs, helping clients optimize their cloud investments, and ensuring they achieve maximum cost savings. Our Cloud Financial Team is responsible for working directly with clients to understand their cloud migration requirements and goals, creating detailed engineering quotes for cloud migration projects, outlining the costs and benefits of different cloud solutions, analyzing cloud spend costs and identify areas where cost optimization can be achieved, providing strategic guidance to clients on how to optimize their cloud investments and minimize their costs, working closely with the engineering and sales teams to ensure that financial analysis is aligned with project goals and timelines and collaborating with the broader finance team to ensure that all financial reporting and compliance requirements are met.
What does this mean to you? We have a need for all of the usual suspects as it pertains to Cloud Finance. We are seeking expertise in financial analytics, preferably in an IT or cloud services industry and someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This position works directly with clients, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineering teams, and other stakeholders are a must. A strong candidate will have experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Having strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a face-paces, dynamic environment will allow one for the ultimate success.
Lastly, as we are working for the DoD, we are beholden to some requirements. The ideal candidate would already possess an active DoD LEVEL clearance. We’re willing to work with the right candidate to get security clearance.
