Job Posting for Client Relations Director at G2W Consulting
We are seeking a Client Relations Director to support a media analytics team in Arlington, VA with public affairs, strategic advising, and issue advocacy. This is hybrid position with a combination of in-office and remote work.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain business relationships with existing public affairs clients
Identify client needs to ensure client retention and create plans to reach goals
Coordinate with the revenue, data, engineering, and product teams to ensure client needs are met; serve as a strategic advisor
Day-to-day execution of onboarding clients, training client users on products, conducting ad hoc analyses and providing strategic advice as a trusted advisor
Working with the Engineering and Data Science teams to prioritize and fulfill client requests
Collaborating with other teams to ensure client retention and identify additional opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years paid experience in client relations, public affairs or issue advocacy role(s)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Issue advocacy or public affairs experience
Experience with survey research or polling is a huge plus
