POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a flexible and versatile lead generator who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels. The primary function of this position is to drive our lead generation process through the proactive management of our social media presence, lead generation campaigns, and production of valuable content.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about G3 services and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Deploy successful lead generation campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, blog, and social media that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Build strategic relationships both internally and externally
- Prepare and monitor the lead generation budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and social media campaigns accordingly

- QUALIFICATIONS
- The candidate must communicate both verbally and in written forms effectively. They must proactively lead pre-sales initiatives by building rapport with potential customers and working directly with the field sales team.
- EDUCATION AND OR EXPERIENCE
- BSc/MSc Degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising and/or Journalism or related field
- Computer/Microsoft Office knowledge
- REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrable experience in lead generation with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels lead campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Salesforce.com
- Experience in setting up and optimizing social media campaigns
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and love for great copy and witty communication
Annual Base Salary plus Quarterly Bonus Structure and full benefits.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
