What You’ll Do
Gabb is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to lead our integrated marketing efforts. As the ideal candidate, you should have a proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align campaign strategy, programs, and goals across the organization, while owning the integrated marketing strategy and roadmap. - Lead the integrated marketing strategy across marketing, creative and growth teams to build and execute effective campaigns and strategies that drive meaningful business impact.
- Create and maintain the promotional calendar and marketing campaign briefs to help unify channel creative across channels.
- Partner with heads of creative, brand media and content teams to establish broad messaging strategies to help unify creative across the marketing funnel and provide campaign insights to influence overall creative strategy for all campaign efforts.
- Work closely with Insights and Analytics teams to leverage audience data, and competitive analyses to inform current and future campaign strategies.
- Work closely with FP&A to ensure promotional discounts and spend align with customer acquisition costs and marketing budgets.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in strategic marketing roles with 6 years of experience in the B2C/DTC industry.
- Past expertise launching integrated campaigns at high-growth B2C companies.
- Sharp project management, communication, and writing skills — able to bring clarity and alignment.
- Experience tracking and reporting on marketing performance across various metrics and diverse channels.
- Confident in advocating and educating cross-functional stakeholders on the nuances of integrated marketing and setting expectations for campaigns.
- Natural collaborator and communicator who can influence and lead on protocols.
