YOUR LIFE AS COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
This position typically works from Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
In this superintendent role, you are the main onsite resource and go-to person for our field teams. You travel between our different projects, coordinating all aspects of the job sites to ensure we produce high-quality work while sticking to budgets and deadlines. When you are assigned to a specific project, you take the wheel and help lead your team to success.
You diligently keep an eye out for potential onsite dangers, and you address and resolve the hazards before anyone gets hurt. If someone needs guidance or a helping hand, you make yourself available and willing to help however possible. You take pride in effectively leading your team to complete our commercial projects!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Relevant field experience or proficiency with computers would be a bonus but is not required. If you can meet these requirements and perform this superintendent job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
