Team or Function Overview: As part of the Global Process Owner’s (GPO) group this role is intended to optimize business processes to drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction and achieve long term success at GAF. By standardizing, evolving, innovating and anchoring the processes we will help achieve the company goals and deliver value for our customers. Summary: Reporting to the GPO, Order-to-Cash (O2C), the Process Lead will guide and drive the overall O2C business transformation as we deploy SAP S4 HANA. The role will be critical in ensuring that GAF maintains its world-class service levels, while also using the latest technology to enhance the customer experience. As the Process Lead, you are responsible for aiding in designing a new end-to-end O2C process that blends industry best practices and GAF expertise. You will partner heavily with different areas of the business (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales) to ensure key business drivers are part of the new and improved process. The Process Lead will support the GPO, O2C to define project outcomes, develop business cases, and KPIs. You will play a key role in the transformation as well as the implementation of the new ERP system. You will be responsible for the key deliverables that will include delivery of high performing, standardized, documented accounting and reporting processes enabled by system design, policy, governance and effective change management. Essential Duties: As Process Lead, you will: Develop best practices and standards for SAP, while ensuring documentation of the processes is fully captured for sustainability; well beyond the lifespan of the project Become a champion for change in the organization and a thought leader to help the company achieve its next evolution Expand knowledge base beyond specialty to become SME on all aspects of O2C Ensure thorough, relevant and timely training plans are developed for OTC Global Process and executed for successful adoption by the overall GAF organization - including all new processes, systems, and ways of working at all levels of the organization Support cleansing and evolution of data elements related to the O2C process, including customer and sales hierarchies Capture all unique requirements by sister companies of Standard Building Solutions that are included in the project scope Identify risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact on the project Assist in resource, cost, and timeline planning Under This Roof, We Require Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required. 5-10 years related experience required.
