JOB SUMMARY
The Accounting Specialist – AR position is responsible for timely and accurate researching and processing of customer credits and returns. This position also supports the processing of customer deposits and other AR duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Researches all discrepancies on credit requests.
- Manages the resolution of all credit or return inquiries submitted by customers and or brokers.
- Keeps the credit FDA book updated.
- Researches and disputes FDM deduction claims.
- Manages non-conforming product.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- At least two (2 ) years Accounts Receivable processing experience is required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience using computer-based software
- Basic excel and database skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the company
- Basic math and accounting skills.
