What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Gaia Ventures?

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual that can assist with the production for the financial activities of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete day-to-day tasks in the financial department
  • Bookkeeping
  • Preparing balance sheets, data input and updating financial records
  • Review Organization Campaigns and provide outcomes and next steps

Preferred qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • Professional and friendly phone etiquette
  • Have a "can do" attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Flexibility and adaptability when responsibilities and needs change.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Available to work in office from 7:00am-4:00pm Mon-Fri

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in accounting and or financial services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
