Job Description:
We are looking for an individual that can assist with the production for the financial activities of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Complete day-to-day tasks in the financial department
- Bookkeeping
- Preparing balance sheets, data input and updating financial records
- Review Organization Campaigns and provide outcomes and next steps
Preferred qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Have a "can do" attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Flexibility and adaptability when responsibilities and needs change.
- Excellent computer skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Available to work in office from 7:00am-4:00pm Mon-Fri
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in accounting and or financial services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
