What you will do
Be the first line of contact to personalize the customer's buying experience. Use the computer and phone system as your main tools to turn customers' dreams into reality. You will handle incoming leads from different platforms and turn them into appointments. When appointments arrive you will greet them and pair them with a sales associate to finish the buying experience.

Requirements
Must have passion for Motorcycles
Self-driven with hunger to succeed
Strong multi-tasking skills
Consistent follow-up and time management skills to maximize client opportunities and finish daily tasks
Responsibilities
Effectively handle internet leads
Setting Appointments for customers to connect with a sales associate
Making outbound calls daily
Sending emails and text while effectively managing incoming emails and text as well
Employee provides excellent client experiences and promotes customer loyalty
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
Effective management on online chats
Follow up on unsold showroom prospects
Bilingual is a plus but not required
Salary : $24,000 - $60,000
