Your role in our mission
Essential Job Functions
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns in product and service quality
- Create and maintain reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to quality
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them
- Use statistical analysis tools to identify root causes of quality issues and develop solutions accordingly
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Monitor the effectiveness of quality control processes and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure that all reports and analysis adhere to industry standards and regulations
- Participates in special projects, external audits and process improvements in support of quality assurance initiatives
What we're looking for
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree (any discipline) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of quality assurance, engineering or management information systems experience
- 3 years of Data Analysis (Excel, Tableau)
- 3 years of Project Management methodologies
- Strong familiarity with Root Cause Analysis
- MUST be a resident of California
