- Maintaining availability to conduct at least 2-3 sales appointments per day (5 days/week), traveling to the customers’ location
- Engaging with prospective customers in customized, face-to-face meetings to qualify appropriate products based on a customer’s specific needs and priorities and addressing any questions and concerns the customer may have
- Tracking activities in company CRM system, updating record information promptly and accurately
- Developing strong, ongoing relationships with prospective and current customers, delivering outstanding service that leads to 5-star reviews and repeat customers
- Responding to emails and voicemails with a sense of urgency within 24-business hours of receipt
To be successful as our In-Home Designer, you will need:
- Experience in a goal-oriented environment (sales preferred, but not required)
- Outstanding communication skills - both in-person and phone
- Strong sense of urgency to achieve goals
- Reliable transportation throughout the Los Angeles area
