- Process incoming orders promptly and accurately
- Maintain order records and ensure data integrity
- Communicate with sales staff regarding order status and discrepancies
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment

Experience:
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to type accurately
- Familiarity with databases for data entry and retrieval
- Prior experience in order entry or clerical roles preferred
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for order verification
