Position Summary:
- Responsible for performing complex analysis and building recommendations regarding compensation programs.
- Ensures that clients have competitive and cost effective compensation policies and practices.
- In collaboration with the consultants, develops, implements, analyzes and/or administers the client's cash and non-cash compensation programs. In addition to managing the day-to-day compensation tasks, incumbents are also involved in proactively designing and delivering reward solutions and policies in line with the client's HR and business strategies.
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
- May direct day-to-day work of lower level employees, but does not have formal management responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.
- Must possess advanced technical skills in Excel, including ability to model expected results.
- CCP Certification
- Strong analytical skills
- Interfaces effectively with management
